I am a devoted student of Yoga and mindfulness. My practice has changed my life in infinite ways – most of all, it has helped me feel more.
Teaching is my life’s calling. I left the fast-paced, high intensity of gyms to pursue my passion for Yoga and have been teaching since 2001.
As a yoga educator I’m skilled at making yoga accessible to beginners. While I love teaching and teaching asana – the mechanics, the anatomy and the poetry of mindful movement, I am ultimately interested in the process of yoga and how it reveals a deeper understanding of who we are.
My teaching style is an extension of my personal practice – passionate, deliberate, sincere and light hearted.
I continue to study under the guidance of Suzi Carson “Four Winds Yoga” and regularly with inspirational Senior Iyengar Teachers worldwide.
My success as a teacher lies in the core of my teaching philosophy, which is to empower my students to find the teacher within.”
