Not sure which class is right for you? Don’t worry – we welcome all experience levels and provide modifications to suit your individual needs.

Progress beyond basics with more challenging pose variations, introductory arm balances, and longer holdings. Assumes familiarity with Iyengar terminology and props while maintaining methodical pacing and individual attention.

A comprehensive class drawing from the full spectrum of asanas including challenging standing poses, backbends, twists, arm balances, and inversions. Weekly sequences vary while maintaining precise alignment focus. Students should be comfortable with headstand and shoulderstand.

Cash – Pay at the studio before class. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first visit to complete payment and get settled.
